Editing and Image Grading- what is the difference?
Image grading refers to colour correction ensuring your skin tone is skin colour and does not have a red-ish, blue-ish or other colour cast – it makes sure that whites are white and greys are grey – unless we have applied an overall grade, for example a vintage look and feel– but you can let us know if that is what you would like.
Image editing – this is where we remove any skin blemishes,
take out fine lines and wrinkles, take out unwanted objects such as leaves,
dustbins etc and do any cosmetic alterations you may want.
The copy-write issue… Your images are yours once the balance is paid in full. We supply all the usable high resolution images on a USB flash drive for you. You may make your print your own album, print your own canvases and enlargements.
What are the payment terms? Sixty percent is due on booking, the balance is payable on delivery of your images, usually about 4 weeks after your wedding date. For destination weddings please contact us as this is slightly different.
What do the packages start at? Different packages to suit your requirements can be made. Please click here to be taken to the price list.
I do not want a full package, can I get a quote on what I want?

Who will be shooting at my wedding?Nicole is the main photographer at all weddings booked and will be shooting the wedding. Please rest assured that by some unexpected medical reason Nicole cannot shoot the wedding, we have a wide range of networked professionals who will be able to step in. But, that said, we do not plan any anything happening.
What is your shooting style? Each couple is unique, some people love posing, others don't. Nicole adapts her style to suit you and fits in where you are comfortable. Being a successful fashion photographer and having launched the careers of many South African models and shooting for top fashion houses, Nicole is able to show you how to bring out your best side.
Do you travel?Absolutely yes! We love weddings and we love traveling. Traveling rates are negotiable, so please email us your details and we can discuss further.
Which images will I be receiving and in what format? The high resolution selected and edited files will be made available to you either on a flash drive for collection in Pretoria or via Dropbox.
What is the turn around time for the images? Some selected images will be available the day following the wedding. The turn around time for all the images is season dependent, but the average time is 4 weeks.
What's in the camera bag? We only use professional range and reliable Canon products with sufficient backup, which are listed below, but remember, its the photographer behind the camera which makes the image.
2 x Canon 5D mk iii - 21.8 Mega Pixel, 35mm full frame chip, Canon L series lenses which include most of the range in prime and zooms, EX 580 flashes, Elinchrom RX 600 flash heads.
Full time photographer? The studio makes use of full time, professional photographers, graphic designers and editors who have been extensively trained. Photography is our day job, not our hobby.
What happens if the wedding runs late? We are not going anywhere, so rest assured we will be there to capture everything you need. There will be an overtime cost of R1000 per hour for the first photographer and R600 per additional crew member per hour (second photographer and or assistant). If you feel you might run late, please feel free to discuss this with us before hand and we can work a discounted rate into your package.
I found a cheaper package that seems to offer the same as you in terms of hours, prints etc, how are you different? Our studio offers you a premium service in terms of the photographer's skill as an artist and experience, quality of materials and equipment used and service to you, our valued client.
Riding to work on a bicycle may be cheaper, but driving there in a luxury car is a far more enjoyable experience.
